As a half-sibling myself, I always wondered why there were no half-siblings in Stoneybrook. You have biological siblings,step-siblings, and even an adopted sibling, but no half-siblings. Why is that?

Several books, both regular and little sister, mention Charlie being on the football team...why does the family never attend any of the football games?  Also, Stacey went to private school in New York, did anyone ever wonder why she didn't go to Stoneybrook Academy or Stoneybrook Day School in Connecticut?

Okay guys, so I know 'dibble' is short for incredible, and all that junk, but in which books did all their slang words originate? Did they just crop up in a regular conversation and Ann decided that they were awesome? Or were they compulsory for every ghostwriter to use since the beginning?
